The Artist
Meet April Lane
Hi, I’m April. I grew up in a house where somebody was always making something. My mom taught me to sew and my Grandmama taught me to crochet, and I’ve had a needle in my hand since I was about six. Today I make my quilts in a corner of our dining room, and I plan every stitch before the needle ever touches the fabric. I make them to be used and loved for a long time.
